RKG — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Nature of Advisory Services

RKG Consulting Group provides high-level business planning, strategic consulting, and clarity sessions designed to facilitate growth and decision-making.

Advisory Only: All consulting is intended to provide structure, direction, and psychological alignment.

No Income Guarantees: We provide the roadmap; you provide the execution. RKG Consulting Group makes no guarantees regarding specific income levels, revenue, or business performance. Results are the sole responsibility of the Client.

2. Scope of Coverage

These Terms apply to all interactions with RKG Consulting Group, including but not limited to:

- The 15-Minute Diagnostic / Clarity Call

- The 30-Minute Strategy Sprint

- The 60-Minute Deep Dive

- All Retainer or Package Services

3. Payment & Refund Policy

Immediate Payment: All fees are due in full at the time of booking.

All Sales Final: RKG Consulting Group enforces a strict No Refund Policy. There are no refunds, no transfers, and no rollovers for unused sessions.

Chargeback Waiver: You acknowledge that services begin immediately upon payment (via scheduling and digital delivery). You explicitly agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes with your bank or payment processor. Any fraudulent dispute will result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action to recover damages.

4. The RKG Attendance Protocol

To protect the integrity of our schedule and your results, we enforce strict attendance rules.

4.1. Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required: You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made within the 24-hour window results in automatic forfeiture of the session and payment. No credits will be issued.

4.2. Late Arrival (The 10-Minute Rule)

Grace Period: We allow a strict 10-minute grace period.

Forfeiture: If you have not joined the call by the 10-minute mark, the Zoom room will be locked, and the session is marked as Forfeited/No-Show.

Hard Stop: If you arrive late (within the grace period), the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. We do not extend sessions to accommodate lateness.

4.3. No-Shows

Failure to attend your session for ANY reason counts as a delivered service. It is neither refundable nor transferable.

5. Intellectual Property & Digital Assets

All frameworks, methodologies, templates, recordings, and digital resources provided by RKG Consulting Group are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

License to Use: You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your individual business only.

Prohibitions: You may not share, resell, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials to create derivative coaching programs or services.

Violations: Theft of intellectual property will be met with immediate legal action.

6. Professional Conduct

We operate in a high-performance environment. We expect Clients to show up prepared, focused, and respectful.

Zero Tolerance: Aggressive, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and removal from all future services with no refund.

7. Technology Responsibility

It is the Client's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functioning audio/video prior to the call.

Technical issues on the Client’s end do not qualify for a refund or reschedule.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

Scope of Advice: RKG Consulting Group does not provide legal, financial, tax, or mental health advice. All recommendations are strategic in nature.

Limitation of Liability: RKG Consulting Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our strategies, including lost revenue or business opportunities. You accept full responsibility for your business outcomes.

9. Acceptance

By completing your booking and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
